Powering a career in Our Stores with purpose

I began my career with Ampol in 2018 as a Store Manager in Training at Werribee. From there, I progressed into Store Manager roles across several locations, including Truganina, Melton Central, Melton, and Hillside, before taking on the challenge of managing dual sites and kitchen sites at Altona North.

Each step pushed me to adapt, learn, and grow.

One of the most defining moments in my journey was stepping into a territory leadership role.

As a Mock Audit Champion, I supported the business and even had the opportunity to cover a territory during a four-week leave period.

That experience gave me confidence, resilience, and a deeper understanding of leadership. With the support and encouragement of the wider team, I was offered the Business Support Manager role - a position I’ve proudly held for over two years.

This role allows me to channel my passion for supporting teams, driving compliance, and delivering operational excellence.

What makes Ampol special is not just the opportunities, but the support along the way.
