Through our graduate program, we're committed to empowering early-career talent to grow into future leaders and specialists across a range of professions.
We welcome graduates from a variety of disciplines, including:
As a graduate, you'll gain diverse, hands-on experience in key areas of our business including Infrastructure, Engineering and Construction, Business-to-Business (B2B), Distribution, Trading and Shipping (Singapore), Finance, Supply and Optimisation, and more. We have programs based in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore.
Over the course of the two-year program (or three years for Trading & Shipping Graduates) on a full-time basis, you’ll rotate through various teams and functions, gaining technical and leadership skills needed to succeed. The program offers structured learning and development opportunities, aligning your development with the evolving needs and helping to lay the foundation of your future career. Upon successful completion of the program, you’ll be considered for roles that align with business needs, your strengths, and your aspirations.
Our culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning empowers you to grow, lead and make meaningful contributions to the business. As the program evolves, we’ll remain focused on developing you into the next generation of leaders who will shape Ampol’s future.
The recruitment process may include an online application, video interviews, group or individual face-to-face assessments, and psychometric testing.
