About the role

In this newly created role, you will lead the end-to-end replenishment strategy across our multi-channel retail network, ensuring the right product is in the right place at the right time.

This role is accountable for driving product availability, optimising inventory, and enabling store teams to deliver consistently high service standards — from shelves to forecourt and beyond.

You will partner cross-functionally across Merchandise, Supply Chain and Store Operations to uplift replenishment performance, improve systems and processes, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Lead store replenishment strategy to maximise product availability and service levels
  • Optimise forecasting, ordering and inventory processes across a complex network
  • Partner with Merchandise and Supply Chain to ensure end-to-end alignment
  • Drive continuous improvement across replenishment systems, tools and ways of working
  • Use data-led insights to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste and improve cost outcomes
  • Support operational execution — ensuring stock is available where it matters most (shop floor, food, fuel forecourt)

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong experience in FMCG, retail or supply chain environments
  • Proven success managing replenishment, inventory or demand planning processes
  • Highly commercial with the ability to balance availability, cost and efficiency
  • Confident working cross-functionally and influencing multiple stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capability
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments with operational complexity
