About the role

As a Replenishment Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability across our national store network.

Acting as the link between Supply Chain and Store Operations, you’ll drive improvements in replenishment processes, inventory accuracy and service levels, helping deliver a seamless in-store experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage replenishment and availability across ~540 retail sites nationally
• Optimise inventory levels and ensure timely, accurate ordering
• Coordinate delivery schedules across DC and Direct Store Delivery (DSD)
• Partner with Retail Excellence and Logistics teams to improve store service outcomes
• Manage store claims and credits processes
• Support system and process improvements to scale centralised replenishment
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues to maintain target service levels (95%)

Qualifications & Experience

• Extensive experience in retail or FMCG supply chain
• Strong understanding of inventory and replenishment processes
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
• Ability to work across complexity, ambiguity and change
• Strong stakeholder engagement across stores, logistics and planning
• Hands-on approach with the ability to build and improve processes
