About the role

As a Logistics Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our stores are consistently supplied, operationally efficient and customer-ready.

You will manage our Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners end-to-end, ensuring strong service delivery, cost control and continuous improvement across our supply chain network.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Lead day-to-day performance of 3PL providers, ensuring high service levels to stores
  • Manage and forecast logistics spend, supporting delivery of the supply chain P&L
  • Drive end-to-end supply chain efficiencies through collaboration and improvement initiatives
  • Align logistics plans with peak trading periods, events and seasonal demand
  • Partner with Planning and Replenishment teams to ensure volume visibility and alignment
  • Embed compliance, audit and governance standards, including ESG and Chain of Responsibility
  • Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to drive performance and outcomes

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally within retail or FMCG
  • Proven experience managing 3PL providers and commercial agreements
  • Strong financial and operational acumen, with experience managing budgets
  • Highly analytical, able to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence and drive change
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with experience optimising processes at scale
