About the role: 

Reporting to the National Property Portfolio Manager, the Property & Transactions Manager will primarily support the National Property Portfolio Manager in leasing/sales and property management for Infrastructure, ensuring property compliance obligations are timely met, and ensuring performance of our portfolio. 

  

Key responsibilities: 

  • Manage infrastructure property contracts including lease/licences and sales 

  • Issue correspondence to landlords and external stakeholders as per agreement 

  • Negotiate and prepare lease for new and renewed lease agreements 

  • Manage Property Management Dashboard in PowerBI & Excel 

  • Review accuracy of existing property information in SAP REFX and SharePoint 

  • Organise leasehold exit and freehold sale 

  

About you: 

You have a ‘can do’ attitude and have proven experience in portfolio contract or leasing role. You have excellent attention to detail and have the ability to demonstrate resilience, curiosity and problem solving. 

This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to build their career in property. 

 

Key skills and experience: 

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, or related discipline or relevant experience 

  • Experience managing Property Management Systems and Reporting 

  • High attention to detail 

  • Knowledge and experience SAP 

  • Knowledge and experience in Power BI is desirable 

  • Good level of communication skills (verbal & written)
