About the role

You will deliver effective and engaging training solutions that build organisational capability and delivers a positive return for the Retail business.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging operational and behavioural training that achieves learning outcomes and supports change.
• Coordinate training logistics, calendars, budgets, reporting, and all associated administration.
• Manage assessments, compliance activities, and maintain accurate records in the LMS.
• Build strong relationships with Retail Operations stakeholders to understand needs and support capability uplift.
• Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and deliver ad hoc programs or capability sessions as required.

About you

As an experienced Store Manager in retail, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role and be excited to support the development of Store Managers and assist the regional leader.

Key skills and experience:

• Store level operations experience including in depth understanding of Retail
• Strong business acumen with working knowledge of retail IT systems
• Understanding of retail operational execution principles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
