About the role
You will deliver effective and engaging training solutions that build organisational capability and delivers a positive return for the Retail business.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging operational and behavioural training that achieves learning outcomes and supports change.
- Coordinate training logistics, calendars, budgets, reporting, and all associated administration.
- Manage assessments, compliance activities, and maintain accurate records in the LMS.
- Build strong relationships with Retail Operations stakeholders to understand needs and support capability uplift.
- Identify training needs, recommend improvements, and deliver ad hoc programs or capability sessions as required.
About you
As an experienced Store Manager in retail, you will bring a wealth of knowledge to the role and be excited to support the development of Store Managers and assist the regional leader.
Key skills and experience:
- Store level operations experience including in depth understanding of Retail
- Strong business acumen with working knowledge of retail IT systems
- Understanding of retail operational execution principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
