As the Team Leader, you’ll motivate your crew to deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring everyone leaves with a smile (and delicious noodles too). 

What you’ll be doing: 

• Driving sales & profitability 
• Ensuring our customers have an unforgettable experience 
• Training and developing staff to be the best they can be 
• Creating a fun, vibrant store atmosphere where people love to eat out at & work 

What we need from you: 

• Proven experience leading teams in quick service restaurants, hospitality or retail environments. 
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities. 
• High-level presentation, communication, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. 
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. 
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and achieving measurable results.
