Multi site Manager - Soul Origin M4 Eastern Creek

We’re looking for a passionate, people‑focused leader who knows how to create exceptional customer experiences every single day through building high‑performing teams, and driving service excellence.

This is a Multi‑Site Manager position working with Ampol and managing our Consolidated Retail brands. In this role you’ll be responsible for the day to day running of a number of our small format, franchised QSR (quick service restaurant) stores, including our two Soul Origin Stores at our M4 Eastern Creek sites.

What you'll do:

• Be the champion of our customers — ensuring every guest receives unbeatable service.
• Bring our values and culture to life for both customers and the team.
• Monitor and guide daily store operations to maintain fast, efficient service.
• Build capability across the front‑of‑house teams so they can add value to every transaction.
• Use customer feedback to create action plans, celebrate wins, and coach the team for continuous improvement.
• Execute retail initiatives, promotions, and offers to the highest standard.
• Stay informed on local competitors, customer trends, and community needs — and share insights with the wider team.
• Maintain a high level of safety for customers, crew and contractors ensuring store operations aligned with our business standards.
• Support team leaders to develop high-performing store teams, manage performance, and recruit and onboard new team members.

What you'll bring:

• Flexibility to travel between sites and support teams over peak trading hours as needed.
